Unique pieces
All pieces are unique, if not mentioned otherwise. There will be no other copies.
I use naturaly sourced elements such as stones, seashells and bones which are unrepeatable.
All of the above are completely cruelty free.

Jewelry care
Please note that brass naturally tarnish over time, also note that it can stain depending on your skin pH.
To avoid the polish decay, clean the piece regularly with a polishing cloth or specific products. Avoid contact with water and moisture, lotion, perfume and makeup. Remove it before bathing or exercising.
Keep the piece in the fabric bag you find inside the box, along with a small polishing cloth. Use it regularly and replace it once it turns black.

I offer a flat price of €10,00 for shipping all over the world, Fedex tracked.

Please note: orders may be subject to custom duties. The recipient is responsible for paying customs fees and import taxes.

About your order
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and I can have pick-ups booked every other day. You should get your package within 2-6 business days, according to the place where you live.
I am not liable for lost or stolen mail.
I do not offer refunds for items not received or lost in the mail.
If the item was insured, I will open a claim with the shipping provider and send you the insurance money once I receive it (it does not include shipping cost).
Refund
Please note that, due to sanitary reasons, I do not accept returns for earrings and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
